Per questo per ogni prodotto venduto su TheLoft.store indichiamo sempre in maniera chiara il Diritto di Recesso che sia Entro 14 giorni dalla Consegna o Non Applicabile.
A meno che non ricorra un’eccezione, l’Utente potrebbe godere del diritto di recedere dal contratto entro il termine sotto specificato di 14 giorni, per qualsiasi motivo e senza giustificazione. L’Utente può trovare ulteriori informazioni sul diritto di recesso in questa sezione.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso l’Utente deve inviare al Titolare una comunicazione inequivocabile della propria intenzione di recedere dal contratto.
A tal fine, l’Utente può utilizzare il Modulo di Recesso disponibile HERE.

Direct Reimbursement
L’Utente tuttavia libero di esprimere la propria intenzione di recedere dal contratto in ogni altra forma idonea. Al fine di rispettare il periodo entro il quale dev’essere esercitato il diritto, l’Utente deve inviare la dichiarazione di recesso prima che scada il termine di recesso.
Il Venditore, tramite TheLoft.store, rimborserà i pagamenti ricevuti agli Utenti che abbiano correttamente esercitato il diritto di recesso. Le spese di spedizione del reso sono a carico dell’Utente e non potranno essere oggetto di rimborso. Il termine rispettato se la consegna dei beni al corriere o ad altra persona autorizzata avviene prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni sopra descritto.
Il rimborso può essere trattenuto sino a ricezione dei beni o sino a quando l’Utente abbia fornito prova di averli restituiti. Il rimborso, salvo ove diversamente pattuito con l’Utente, sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la transazione iniziale.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Non sussiste diritto di recesso da contratti:

In such a case, the Seller reserves the right to ask the user for a refund of the decrease in value found.
